In this dynamic role, you will serve as the friendly face of the golf shop, providing exceptional customer service, managing retail transactions, and supporting various event and hospitality activities. Duties
- Greets guests and collects appropriate fees and has complete knowledge of POS system.
- Professionally answers all telephone calls.
- Acquires product knowledge in order to assist customers in merchandise sales.
- Assists with re-stocking of golf shop on a daily basis.
- Keeps golf shop neat, organized and clean.
- Assists with retail inventory.
- Assists with golf outings and tournaments.
- Assists guests with starting times.
- Attends required staff meetings.
- Communicates with professional staff on daily operations.
- Assists with opening and closing duties deemed necessary by professional staff.
- Wears issued uniform and name-tag at all times.
