Job Summary
In this role as a Biology Expert supporting AI Training and evaluation initiatives, you will apply your scientific expertise to help improve next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world biological input and analytical reasoning tasks.
This is a task-based contract opportunity, not a traditional full-time biology or research position. Contributors will complete project-based AI training tasks while collaborating remotely with distributed teams in a flexible work environment. No prior AI experience is required — your scientific expertise is what matters.

- Analyze, review, and interpret complex biological documents, research papers, datasets, and technical materials.
- Contribute to AI training and evaluation projects through scientific reasoning tasks, response evaluation, question development, and related analytical workflows.
- Formulate, review, and refine biology-related questions and solutions focused on data retrieval, computation, and critical analysis.
- Deliver clear explanations and detailed feedback to improve AI model understanding and performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure scientific accuracy, clarity, and quality across deliverables.
- Apply domain expertise to evaluate and solve complex biological and scientific problems.
- Support continuous improvement of data quality, documentation, and AI training workflows.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity with minimal supervision.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional or academic experience in Biology or a closely related field, including laboratory, research, academic, or industry environments.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex biological information from technical and scientific sources.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with emphasis on clarity, detail, and technical accuracy.
- Excellent reading comprehension skills, particularly in interpreting scientific research and technical documents.
- Experience creating, reviewing, or evaluating scientific content such as reports, assessments, research analyses, or problem sets.

- High attention to detail and commitment to scientific quality and accuracy.
- Experience performing analytical tasks involving scientific or technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Biology or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary or research-driven teams.
- Familiarity with computational biology, scientific data analysis tools, or interdisciplinary scientific workflows.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation or AI training-related scientific tasks is a plus.
