Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong ability to identify new opportunities, and a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships. This role will focus on selling our extensive product line to retailers, online sellers, and other businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
- Present and sell Kole Imports & Closeouts' products to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, closeouts, or general merchandise industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed for trade shows and client meetings.
