JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Director of Education and Regulatory Compliance (RN) to lead our education initiatives and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive skilled nursing experience, along with a strong background in regulatory and survey compliance. This leadership role offers an opportunity to shape educational programs, uphold regulatory standards, and promote excellence in patient care across our facilities.
- Assist with developing clinical training for nurse leadership positions covering all nursing department content as well as teaching, coaching and on-going education.
- Assist with the development, evaluation, revision and implementation of policies and procedures to meet federal , State and local standards, guidelines, regulations and laws.
- Assist with developing and conducting training regarding policies, guidelines, regulations and laws pertaining to regulatory and survey compliance.
- Conduct focus center visits to ensure compliance with the plan of correction in collaboration with corporate clinical directors.
- Schedule, organize and help lead survey preparation with clinical directors.

REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Current, active and clear RN license
- Minimum 5 years of skilled nursing facility experience in regulatory and survey compliance
- Successful criminal background check
- Knowledge of MicroSoft Office
- Extensive travel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
