Job Description:
Brighter Beginnings Behavioral Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. The RBT will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities in their homes under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while providing high-quality, evidence-based behavioral services.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes throughout the Phoenix, Arizona area.
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress and behavior during each therapy session.
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs with fidelity.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with caregivers, supervisors, and other members of the clinical team.
- Participate in required supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations and BACB Ethics Code requirements.
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment that promotes client success.
- Arrive to scheduled sessions on time and maintain reliable attendance.
- Complete session notes and required documentation accurately and within established deadlines.
Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
