About the Role
We are looking for a confident, personable, and results driven Dental Treatment Coordinator to help patients understand their treatment, discuss insurance and out of pocket costs, and schedule the care they need. This is a relationship focused role where strong communication and sales skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Discuss insurance benefits, out of pocket costs, and payment options
- Build trust and answer patient questions
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment to improve case acceptance
- Coordinate treatment appointments with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate patient and financial records
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications
- Sales experience required
- Confident discussing finances and helping patients make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable using computers
- Dental experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate.
