We are seeking a bilingual seasoned property manager for a new mobile home community near Bush Airport in early 2027. We will consider managers who live on or offsite managers. Pay based on experience plus commission structure. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property
- Manage tenant relations
- Handle leasing processes and ensure compliance with property regulations
- Ensure the property is well-maintained and meets quality standards
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transporation
- Entry-level experience in property management or related fields
- Internet savy
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
