End Form Setup Technician - 1st Shift Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$18.40 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)

Set up and prepare end-forming equipment for scheduled production runs.

Perform first-piece quality inspections using measuring and testing equipment.

Troubleshoot minor machine issues and assist with basic equipment maintenance.

Monitor production processes, perform quality checks, and ensure tooling is properly maintained.

Support production operators by providing materials, communicating schedule updates, and promoting a safe work environment.
End Form Setup Technician - 1st Shift Qualifications:
-
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required.

High school diploma or GED required. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

Ability to read work orders, follow production schedules, and use basic measuring equipment for quality inspections.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and assist with minor maintenance tasks.

Excellent attendance, teamwork, and communication skills. Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
