About the Role
As a Customer Support Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering timely, accurate, and professional assistance across phone, email, and live chat. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving service issues, and supporting the overall success of our customer support team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally
Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates with accuracy

Provide clear, accurate product and service information
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department

Qualifications and Skills
Previous customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
