Forklift Operator - Jackson, TN
Multiple Shifts from $16 to $17.50/hr
About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Jackson, TN. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the possibility of full-time hire after 90 days of strong performance and good attendance. Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs. What You’ll Do
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (sit-down forklift)
- Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and docks
- Move materials to and from production areas, machines, and storage locations
- Perform warehouse tasks and assist team members as needed
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of forklift operating experience required
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work assigned shift hours, plus mandatory overtime when needed
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Must be dependable and safety-focused
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay & Schedule:
- Multiple Shifts - $16 to $17.50/hr
- Full-time | Temp-to-hire after 90 days with good attendance
- Overtime required as needed
