Summary
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your leadership will play a key role in driving sales and fostering a fun and engaging atmosphere for both employees and customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding customer service.
- Oversee inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Handle payroll management and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new staff members as needed.
- Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with inventory control and payroll management is preferred.
- Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to transport stock as may be required; lifting cartons up to 25 lb.
Pay for this role starts at $22-$23 an Hour
