As a Security Officer Patrol Vehicle Driver in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate site channels.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, contractors, and/or visitors in accordance with site protocols for restricted and sensitive areas.

Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency responders when needed, while following post orders and established security-related procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
