Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the welcoming face of our clinics, ensuring smooth daily operations through excellent customer service, efficient administrative support, and effective communication. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional healthcare environment while developing valuable office management skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression for all who enter the clinic.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
- Schedule appointments efficiently using calendar management tools and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic operations.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining accurate patient records and appointment logs in compliance with privacy standards.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to support administrative functions.
- Utilize productivity software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports, forms, and other documentation.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked to facilitate seamless daily activities.
Experience
- Prior office management or administrative experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry systems.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems and providing exceptional customer support or customer service.
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse patient populations effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties, including calendar management and appointment scheduling, is desirable.
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette and clerical accuracy.
