Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Provides customers with courteous, fast, friendly and efficient service
- Recommends items to customers that will meet their needs
- Adheres to company policies and maintains and supports company culture
- Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and account management
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and procedures
- Support client services by resolving issues efficiently, escalating complex concerns when necessary.
- Identify upselling opportunities and process sales transactions
- Document interactions thoroughly in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure seamless follow-up and record keeping.
- Support a positive customer experience
Customer Service Associate Qualifications:
- Friendly and professional demeanor for customer support
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Great organizational and communication skills
- Sound decision-making skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Attention to detail
