Catbridge Machinery is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee our extensive Inventory Department. The right candidate is a proven leader, detail-oriented and demonstrates accountability for broad company objectives. Experience with Inventory Management is required.
In this role you will:
- Oversee physical inventory and project readiness.
- Manage timely order fulfillment.
- Develop processes that meet the needs of complex project schedules.
- Ensure operational alignment with production planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues across all departments.
- Initiate process improvements to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive continual improvement of work flow and systems.
- Independently handle complex issues.
- Manage, develop and train personnel.
- Participate in long-term planning.
Qualifications:
- A can-do attitude!
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong track record in project management.
- Performance driven with ability to deliver on commitments and hold others accountable to project schedules.
- Proven ability to develop and execute action plans that achieve company goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate goals and objectives clearly.
- Ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
