Central Star Home Health Services is growing, and we’re looking for Part-Time LPNs to join our Private Duty Nursing (PDN) team. This role offers first shift hours with the opportunity to grow into more hours over time.
We are currently hiring multiple LPNs to serve clients in Crawford County and Marion County.
Position Overview
As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes. This is a focused, relationship-driven role where you can deliver consistent, meaningful care.
Schedule
- First Shift (Daytime Hours)
- Part-Time to start

Service Area
- Crawford County, OH
- Marion County, OH
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Monitor and document patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Communicate with RN supervisors and care team
- Support clients and families with compassionate care
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Experience in home care or private duty nursing preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
