Duties
- Oversee human capital management functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and ongoing employee evaluation processes.
- Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration to ensure employees receive accurate information and support.
- Lead change management initiatives by facilitating organizational design projects and supporting workforce management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor law regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and workers' compensation policies.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and HR data entry tasks.
- Support performance management processes including employee evaluations, training & development programs, and succession planning efforts.
- Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management skills while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Collaborate on affirmative action planning, recruitment strategies using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Taleo, and social media management for employer branding.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management systems such as ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, or Kronos.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational design, and strategic planning within HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage employee relations and conduct interviews confidently.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools like Salesforce or Paylocity for recruitment efforts.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft is highly preferred.
