Inside Sales - Lead Generator / Sales Development Rep (SDR)
Family Tree Estate Planning, which has been in business for 19 years, is hiring a full-time Lead Generator / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to work out of our North Scottsdale office. NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED. You will be responding to business reply mailers that clients send in with their info. And if you're looking for WORK/LIFE BALANCE, this is the job for you! This is a true 9-to-5 job, and every Friday, we take off early at 2pm unless you have critical work to do.
We are a super fun office that has been in business for 19 years, and we are very dedicated to helping our clients protect their families and assets. This is a dream team to work with and very opposite of the typical stuffy corporate atmosphere. Dress code is business-casual. Our vibe is more like being on a sports team. We specialize in revocable trusts, living wills, and life insurance so that when people pass away, their assets are correctly passed to their children or other family / beneficiaries.
The earnings range would be $50,000 - $80,000 with $65k-$70k being the on-target range. If you are consistently performing in the $80k range, you would likely have potential to promote up to a Sales Consultant that pays in the $100 - $120k+ range. To get to the on-target earnings, you will be paid $15/hr plus commission for every trust that is sold from an appointment you booked.
Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Some form of prior sales experience...phone calls, door-to-door, lot sales, real estate...anything sales related or client management with high-energy / drive
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
