TITLE: General Labor
We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by performing various tasks including loading and unloading materials, assisting with construction projects, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Job Duration: Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Permanent
Job hours of Operation (Currently): 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; 1/2-hour lunch
Education Required: High School Grad
Experience Required: None
Salary Range: $ 18-$24/hour
Drug Test: A pre-employment drug test is an absolute requirement for employment
Job Description:
- Loading and unloading materials, equipment, and products.
- Assisting with construction tasks such as digging, trenching, and site cleanup.
- Operating hand tools and power tools under supervision.
- Moving materials and equipment using hand trucks and other equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications Required:
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in construction or general labor is a plus.
