Notes Live, Inc. is an expanding hospitality and entertainment company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, boasting a diverse portfolio including Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse and Tavern, Boot Barn Hall, Notes Bar, and the highly anticipated Sunset Amphitheater, among others. Summary of Position: Notes Live is currently accepting applications for a Bar Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Our Bar Manager will become an integral part of the success of our world-class hospitality and entertainment brand in Gainesville, GA. Reporting to the Campus General Manager, the Bar Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of four separate bars in two different venues on our Gainesville, GA campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to lead other individuals.
Responsibilities:
· Assist in hiring, training, and continued development of all FOH and bar staff.
· Manage liquor inventory to ensure proper levels are maintained.
· Responsible for selecting and ordering all alcohol, beer, wine, and bar supplies.
· Create daily/weekly bar cleaning procedures and verify that staff is maintaining standards.
· Create schedules for all bar staff.
· Put systems in place to ensure that labor, bar cost and supply budgets are consistently attained.
· Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for all staff.
Abilities, Skills and Knowledge:
· 3 years of experience in high volume bars. Managing large campuses or multiple units preferred.
· Strong base of alcohol knowledge, specifically Bourbons/Whiskeys
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Proven ability to plan and execute large scale events including live concerts.
· Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, kneel, walk, balance, reach with hands and arms, use fingers and wrists, and talk and hear.
- Ability to carry trays, move chairs and tables, and climb stairs.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
