This one doesn't.
Califa Sky Cleaning is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company serving Greater Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. We handle offices, medical clinics, retail spaces, schools, warehouses, and multi-tenant properties — and we're expanding aggressively.
We need a hunter. Someone who can identify commercial accounts, build relationships, and close recurring janitorial contracts. Someone who doesn't need a manager to fill their pipeline.
If that's you, here's what you're walking into:
Compensation
- First 2 deals closed each month: 15% of monthly recurring contract value for the first 6 months of each deal
- Deal #3 and beyond that month: 25% of monthly recurring contract value for the first 6 months of each deal
- The accelerator resets every month — meaning every month is a fresh opportunity to hit the higher rate
- No cap. No ceiling. No territory splits.
What this looks like in real numbers:
A single commercial cleaning contract averages $2,500/month.
In a month where you close 4 deals:
- Deals 1 & 2 at 15% = $750/month recurring from those two deals
- Deals 3 & 4 at 25% = $1,250/month recurring from those two deals
- Total from that one month: $2,000/month in recurring commissions — paid for 6 months
Do that consistently and you're looking at a serious income. A rep closing 3–4 accounts per month and hitting the accelerator regularly can realistically earn $100,000+ annually. The math works. You just have to work it.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect commercial accounts in Greater LA and the San Fernando Valley (offices, medical clinics, retail, schools, warehouses, HOAs)
- Cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
- Conduct site walks and discovery conversations to qualify accounts
- Hand off to management for proposal and pricing — you focus on selling, not paperwork
- Close contracts and hand off to operations for service launch
- Build a recurring book of business that pays you every month
This is a full-cycle hunter role. You own prospecting through close. No leads are handed to you. If you need a warm list to get started, this isn't the right fit.
Who We're Looking For
Strong fit:
- B2B sales experience (any industry — staffing, payroll, pest control, facilities, insurance, logistics all translate)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-activity prospecting
- Self-directed; you don't need daily check-ins to stay on track
- Hungry to build something, not just collect a salary
- Based in or familiar with the Greater LA / SFV market
We'll also consider:
- No formal B2B sales experience if you can demonstrate hustle, coachability, and a real plan for building pipeline

Our contractors are highly vetted. We are fully insured and bonded. The company is owner-operated by someone with an enterprise B2B sales background, which means we understand what it takes to win and retain commercial accounts, and we build our operations around delivering on what the sales team promises.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
