Position:
Full-Time Dental Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up treatment rooms properly before and after procedures
- Assist the doctor efficiently during dental procedures
- Take high-quality digital X-rays properly and safely
- Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols
- Clean and organize instruments and operatories
- Ensure rooms are fully stocked and organized throughout the day
- Assist with patient care and provide a positive patient experience
- Help maintain smooth daily office flow and teamwork
- Place and track dental supply orders as needed
- Support front office duties when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Experience with digital X-rays
- Knowledge of sterilization and infection control procedures
- Professional communication and presentation
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
- $24–$32/hour depending on experience and clinical skills
