Position Summary
We seek motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join our initial commercial team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing specialty pharma organization whose management team has successfully built and commercialized specialty pharmaceutical brands and companies, with deep roots in dermatology. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in business-to-business or medical sales, with demonstrated success in building customer relationships and driving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Perfero Pharma brands to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, office staff and key decision-makers
- Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to achieve sales goals
- Communicate clinical, product and market knowledge in a compliant and professional manner
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and competitive trends
- Accurately document sales activity using CRM and reporting tools
- Adhere to all company compliance policies and procedures governing pharmaceutical sales promotion and interactions with Healthcare Professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales or medical/pharmaceutical sales with a demonstrated track record of success building relationships and driving results
- Dermatology sales experience preferred, not required
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory, following a satisfactory motor vehicle record check
