About the Role
Set sail on a job unlike any other! We’re looking for high-energy, outgoing, and engaging individuals to join our crew aboard an interactive, kid-themed pirate adventure cruise. This role is perfect for performers, entertainers, educators, or anyone who loves working with children and bringing stories to life.
As a Pirate Adventure Crew Member, you’ll help guide a scripted, immersive experience designed to create laughter, excitement, and lifelong memories for families visiting Hilton Head Island.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform as a pirate character and interact with children of all ages
- Facilitate and guide a scripted pirate adventure experience
- Assist with guest check-in and boarding
- Perform general crew and deck duties on a working boat
- Help with end-of-day boat shutdown and cleanup
- Maintain a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and positivity
What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, energetic, and personable personality
- Comfortable speaking and performing in front of groups
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Able to work outdoors and on the water in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Acting or performance experience is a plus—but not required. We provide training!
Schedule & Pay
- Flexible scheduling
- Part-time and full-time positions available
- Seasonal work: March through October
- Hourly pay + tips (tips can be significant!)
