Coordinate and execute daily tasks to include:
o Shipping and packaging schedules of finished goods
o Offloading and staging of raw materials
o Safety and compliance training
o Package finished goods in bags, supersacks, and rail cars
o Load and offload trucks, containers, and rail cars in a safe, and timely manner
o Operate, and maintain packaging system, bagging equipment, and rail cars by completing preventive maintenance on a defined routine basis based on established procedures.
o Troubleshoot issues with packaging systems in the warehouse and at the rail
o Maintain a safe and clean work environment by completing house keeping requirements
o Comply with all Safety and Environmental Compliance requirements
o Stop any activity that could result in an injury or cause harm to the environment
o Active liaison to contractors and drivers to include expulsion from the site if necessary
o Driver check-in and shipping documentation per DOT and IMDG guidelines
o Accurately complete all required paperwork:
o Truck and rail car loading checklists
o Raw Material offloading – truck and rail car check lists
o Equipment checklist
o Package labeling and load sheets
o Warehouse and rail checklist
o Follow DOT requirements by ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and placarding.

o High School diploma or GED equivalent; additional education a plus
o Forklift experience is a plus
o Ability to troubleshoot
o Good communications skills including written and verbal
o Demonstrate competent computer skills
o Organized and self-motivated
o Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift (days/nights/weekends/holidays)
o Essential Physical Demands:
o Must be able to climb 5-10 flights of stairs multiple times
o Must be able to climb ladders (multiple rungs) both fixed and portable.
o Must be able to sustain overhead reaching, bending, squatting, twisting.
o Must be able to sustain continuous sitting and standing
o Must be able to lift ~50 lb, pull, and push tools/equipment with ease.
o Must be able to work in outside elements (Heat, cold, rain, snow, etc)
o Must be able to walk without assistance on various work surfaces (gravel, concrete, asphalt, grating, dirt)

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
