Duties
- Manage the end-to-end loan approval process and contract preparation to ensure transparency and adherence to legal standards
- Develop strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, explaining financing options clearly, and upselling additional products or services to meet their needs
- Collaborate with sales teams to facilitate smooth deal closures by ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete
- Negotiate terms with lenders and customers to secure favorable financing options while maintaining compliance with dealership policies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive finance regulations to ensure all deals are compliant and ethically sound
Experience
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager within an automotive dealership or related financial services environment
- Familiarity with financial software platforms used in auto finance operations
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products such as extended warranties, insurance packages, or service plans effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships through transparent communication and trust-building techniques
