Same hands-on, deployment-owning bar as the NCL Web Maintenance Pod tech manager, but centered on the .NET/legacy stack, with working knowledge of Vue as O&R begins its Supernova migration journey
Role and responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the client on Oceania and Regent site issues
Own release readiness and deployment sign-off across QA and production environments
Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and drive incident resolution
Support and maintain understanding of the CMS platforms behind each brand (Ektron for Oceania, UpperStrata for Regent, Drupal for shared areas)
Coordinate across Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to keep delivery on track
Identify technical and infrastructure risks ahead of releases and propose mitigations
Mentor the technical team and help less-experienced developers grow into full-stack ownership
Manage technical debt prioritization and capacity planning alongside incident and enhancement work
Work with PO on CAB/change management for production deployments
Coordinate cross-pod handoffs with the NCL Supernova pod and shared service teams
Keep runbooks, architecture diagrams, and onboarding documentation current
Must Have:
C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework 4.x, Scala (Play Framework working knowledge sufficient to read and debug the NVS/nvs-service adapter), SQL Server, TFS, IIS administration, Windows Server 2019, Vue.js (working knowledge O&R new components and migration target), Git / GitHub Enterprise, production release management, incident management tooling (Jira Service Management / PagerDuty), Agile/Scrum delivery

Ektron or UpperStrata CMS, Drupal, WCF/SOAP, IBM DataPower, NVS / SOAP integration debugging, Oracle (awareness), Jenkins, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Azure, VMware, Vault, Nexus, Okta SSO, Datadog / New Relic / Splunk, Catchpoint, Prometheus / Grafana, New Relic APM, Selenium / Cucumber, SoapUI / Postman, ServiceNow (CHG / CAB), Fexco + Cardinal (3DS) payment processing awareness, Forter fraud detection awareness, Veracode security scanning, TransPerfect (TPT) localization workflows, Seaware (read-only awareness), Flutter / Dart (O&R mobile awareness only), cruise or hospitality domain experience
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $51.78/hour - $80.90/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
