Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer (DevOps) to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
- Design and consume RESTful APIs
- Build, deploy, and maintain applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Work with ML models for training, inference, and deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience building REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, etc.)
- Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
- Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn – any)
- SQL / NoSQL databases
- Git, CI/CD basics
