Job Summary
We’re a locally owned granite and natural stone shop in Laredo looking for a motivated, personable Sales Representative. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, understands construction or home improvement, and wants to grow with a small but expanding business.
You’ll work with homeowners, builders, and fabricators, selling granite and stone slabs for residential projects while coordinating with other locations to support inventory and sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help customers select granite and natural stone for countertops and residential projects
- Sell stone slabs directly to fabricators and contractors
- Prepare quotes, pricing, and basic sales paperwork
- Communicate with other locations to confirm slab availability and deliveries
- Build long-term relationships with local fabricators and repeat customers
- Follow up on leads and manage sales from start to finish
- Work closely with the fabrication and yard team to ensure smooth orders
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (construction, granite, or home improvement is a plus)
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking to customers all day
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects
- Willing to learn about stone materials (training provided)
- Comfortable working in a small, hands-on environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Basic computer and communication skills
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
