Plant Manager – Metal Fabrication

We’re hiring an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our metal fabrication facility, which specializes in roll forming, welding, and robotic welding processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the weekly production schedule to meet customer demand
- Direct and supervise personnel across roll forming, MIG welding, and robotic welding lines
- Optimize equipment utilization and staffing for efficient, high-throughput operations
- Ensure quality standards are met before shipment
- Ensure on-time shipping performance and coordinate with logistics/customer service
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe, organized plant floor
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing a metal fabrication or manufacturing plant
- Hands-on knowledge of roll forming equipment, MIG welding, and robotic welding systems
- Preferred: working knowledge of roll formers, including setup, tooling changeovers, and troubleshooting
- Preferred: familiarity with CRCQ and HRPO steel specifications, including how different gauges/grades run through forming and welding equipment
- Strong scheduling, personnel management, and quality control background
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment
