What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates should:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional guest service.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and management.
- Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow V-NO’s service standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Support coworkers and contribute to a respectful team environment.
- Be available for some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Position Responsibilities
Bartenders
- Prepare wine, cocktails, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable and engaging bar service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar.
- Follow responsible alcohol-service and cash-handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory, opening, and closing responsibilities.
Servers
- Greet guests promptly and provide attentive table service.
- Explain menu items, promotions, wines, and cocktails.
- Enter orders accurately and coordinate with the bar and kitchen.
- Monitor assigned tables throughout the guest experience.
- Process payments and complete assigned opening and closing duties.
Bar Backs
- Keep the bar stocked with glassware, ice, garnishes, beverages, and supplies.
- Assist bartenders during high-volume service.
- Clear glassware and maintain clean bar and service areas.
- Help with setup, breakdown, inventory, and other support duties.
Kitchen Staff
- Prepare and present menu items according to V-NO’s recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
- Assist with preparation, receiving, storage, and inventory.
- Work efficiently with the front-of-house team during service.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and sanitation duties.

Experience
Previous restaurant, bar, kitchen, or hospitality experience is preferred. However, we will consider motivated candidates who demonstrate professionalism, reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $23.50 - $28.31 per hour
