Schedule: Monday–Friday Part-Time up to 29 Hrs.

Under general supervision, the Facilities Maintenance Worker provides light building and facilities support for Tresco’s Children Services operations in Albuquerque. This role helps maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment by performing routine custodial duties, minor repairs, and general facility upkeep—all while following Tresco policies and applicable regulations.
Facility & Custodial Support
Clean and maintain restrooms, offices, common areas, and entryways
Empty trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly
Spot clean floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces
Replace light bulbs and perform minor upkeep tasks
Maintain custodial closets and ensure supplies are stocked
Assist with room setup or reconfiguration for Children Services activities
Grounds & Exterior Maintenance
Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and hard-surfaced areas
Trim vegetation and landscaped areas using hand tools
Remove litter and natural debris from exterior areas
Apply weed control using approved methods
Salt walkways and entry areas during inclement weather
Regularly inspect and report exterior safety or maintenance concerns
Team & Organization Support
Complete special assignments as assigned by your supervisor
Follow safety, sanitation, and health standards at all times
Represent Tresco professionally and positively
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1–2 years in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or similar role preferred
License: Valid Driver’s License (driving required)
