Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) are sought for a contract position providing teletherapy services within multiple schools in Naples, FL. This role involves delivering virtual speech-language services to students in grades K-12, spanning elementary through high school levels. Direct interaction with students via teletherapy, completion of Individualized Education Program (IEP) documentation, and participation in virtual IEP meetings form key components of the daily responsibilities. On-site evaluations will not be conducted virtually and may require in-person presence as needed.
Essential qualifications and experience include:
- Active Florida Department of Health Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Proven success in delivering virtual speech therapy, ideally with prior completion of VocoVision assignments
- Experience working with school-age children (K-12) across a diverse range of speech and language needs
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively across multiple school assignments within Golden Gate City and Immokalee
- Compliance with Florida fingerprinting and background check requirements, including eligibility to obtain a JLA badge
This contract role offers flexibility, with up to 35 hours per week (7 hours daily), accommodating both full-time and part-time schedules. The assignment runs from August 11, 2026, through May 27, 2027, and provides an opportunity to support students’ communication goals through teletherapy platforms.
