Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role
- Make inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified appointments
- Build rapport with homeowners and schedule in-home consultations
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
- Partner with Sales and Leadership to achieve team goals
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
Key Qualifications
- 2+ years of call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and team mindset
Schedule
- In-person position in Wood Dale, IL
- Up to 36 hours per week
- Day Shift: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM–2:00 PM)
- Evening Shift: Monday–Friday (1:00 PM–7:00 PM) and Sunday (9:00 AM–3:00 PM)
- Weekend availability required
