We are currently seeking a Floor Manager to join our team.
Qualifications for employment:
- Must have 5 years of experience in Hotel/Food & Beverage
- Previous restaurant management and/or training experience is a must
- Must have a strong leadership background, excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must have a passion for hospitality and understand what it means to deliver an amazing guest experience
- Must be able to schedule, direct, coordinate and implement policy and procedures, handle any and all guest issues.
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop their team
- Ability to juggle many tasks and handle critical deadlines in a timely manner
- Ability to attend to high volume of guests
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
