We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can speak both Mandarin and English. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. CBG Staffing is a contract-to-permanent recruitment agency working a national distributor of flooring products that is headquartered in Southern California.
Job Duties:
- Answer emails and phone calls from customers, sales reps, and operations team
- Place orders in system
- Go to customer's warehouse if needed
- Interact with customer on phone, email and in-person
Requirements:
- Mandarin and English speaker
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Customer experience is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- Good communication skills
- Have potential to be trained in customer service skills
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
