Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with builders and developers in the region
- Guide clients through the new build process, from design to completion
- Market new communities and builder inventory across Oakland County and surrounding areas
- Educate buyers on timelines, warranties, and available upgrades
- Host model home tours and open houses to showcase new homes for sale in Michigan
- Negotiate builder contracts and ensure a smooth process for clients
