Duties

- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by cleaning and performing minor repairs as necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on site.
Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Basic knowledge of construction practices is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively follow instructions and collaborate with team members.
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety standards and quality workmanship.
- Reliability and punctuality are crucial for maintaining project schedules.
