Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily activities to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, proposing actionable solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to maintain transparency and foster strong relationships.
- Manage schedules, resources, and workflows to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals.
- Support training initiatives by mentoring new team members and sharing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements at all times.

- Help the daily living of 60 years and above
- Deal with dementia patients
- bathe, provide medication and feed patients
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within caregiving in Sacramento or related industry sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements proactively.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management platforms).
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a passion for continuous learning.
