As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll:
- Build trust and rapport with customers through clear, friendly communication in person and over the phone, exceeding expectations at every interaction.
- Guide customers through the buying process, and present vehicle options tailored to each customer's needs, wants and budget.
- Utilize our CRM and communication tools to manage follow up through clear communication across text, email, and phone. Strong computer skills are essential for this role.
- Actively call and follow up with customers, including online inquiries, to convert leads into sales appointments and showroom visits.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We're more interested in your passion, drive, and willingness to learn. Individuals with experience in hospitality, customer service, cell phone sales, cosmetic sales, or similar relationship-focused roles often excel in this position.
Applicants must speak English fluently, hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and be ready to pass a background check and drug screen.
The position is commission-based with an expected range of $60,000 - $105,000 annually for successful salespersons. Guaranteed minimum income; we ensure you earn at least minimum wage.
