Operate and monitor plant equipment, machinery, and control systems.
Perform routine equipment checks, inspections, and adjustments.
Record accurate production and process data throughout the shift.
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet specifications.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following 5S standards.
Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance, and team members during shift changeovers.
