The Growing Place, Inc. is seeking a speech/language therapist who encompasses our vision of dedication, heart, and collaboration to improve the lives of the children we serve. The Growing Place provides speech/language therapy services as well as ABA services to children ages 2-18 at our clinics in Anderson and at our partner schools throughout Anderson.
Our Anderson location consists of two separate ABA clinics including early intervention center and our school-aged clinic. We are searching for a person who could fulfill our clinic and school-based therapy needs. We offer a diverse work experience with transitioning from the clinic setting to the school setting. Our clinics continue to expand its space and resources for the Anderson community. We are excited for continued growth over the next year.
As a speech/language therapist at The Growing Place, you will hold a caseload of 30-35 direct hours, with the remainder being allocated for documentation, prep, and professional development. Opportunities to collaborate and grow with other SLPs are available on a weekly, if not daily basis. Other professional opportunities such as collaborating with other disciplines, serving schools, and assisting in supporting group therapy are fulfilling and help to build experience.
