Electronics Sorter/Disassembler (South Side)
compensation: $17/hr
Position:
South Side company searching for a responsible and hardworking warehouse person preferably with warehouse experience. Responsibilities will include:
- Palletizing and shrink wrapping pallets of used electronics
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Sorting mixed pallets of electronic equipment into their respective categories
- Disassembly of computer and server equipment using screw guns and hand tools
- Organizing pallets of material using pallet jacks
- Weighing pallets on a floor scale and recording weights in an excel spreadsheet
- Must have the ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Must have a good work ethic and show up on time.
The job is 9-5 Monday through Friday with the occasional weekend days. The potential employee must be a legal U.S. resident or eligible to work legally in the U.S. Due to our industry certificates we are not permitted to hire applicants with a felony record.
