JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Regional Painter to support multiple CareSpring facilities throughout the West Chester and Dayton, Ohio area. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance of our buildings by performing high-quality interior and exterior painting projects. The ideal candidate has experience preparing surfaces, selecting the proper materials, and delivering professional results while following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Travel between CareSpring facilities within the West Chester/Dayton region to complete painting projects.
- Make on-site preparations before beginning work, including protecting furniture, flooring, and surrounding areas.
- Clean, sand, patch, caulk, and prime surfaces before painting.
- Select the appropriate paints, primers, and materials for each project.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Perform interior and exterior painting as assigned.
- Safely use ladders, scaffolding, and other painting equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete projects efficiently while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Previous painting, maintenance, or commercial/residential painting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and painting equipment.
- Ability to travel between facilities within the West Chester and Dayton, Ohio region.
- Ability to work at various heights and in different environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift painting supplies and equipment and perform physical work throughout the day.
