Responsibilities
-
Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, shop drawings, and project documentation
-
Maintain project management systems including Procore, Bluebeam, and related software
-
Support communication between project teams, subcontractors, architects, and field staff
-
Participate in project meetings and maintain logs/tracking documentation
-
Review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
-
Support procurement, scheduling coordination, and material tracking
-
Assist with punch lists, closeout documentation, and quality control efforts
-
Provide support to field operations and superintendents as needed
Qualifications
-
1–3 years of commercial construction experience or related internship/co-op experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
-
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, or similar software is a plus
-
OSHA 10 preferred
