Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Treatment Plan Coordinator to help patients understand their recommended care, insurance coverage, and financial options. This role also supports the front office by keeping the schedule full, answering phones, verifying insurance, and sending pre-determinations.
Responsibilities:
- Present treatment plans clearly and professionally.
- Explain Dental PPO benefits, EOBs, and treatment estimates.
- Verify insurance and send pre-determinations.
- Fill and manage the schedule to support patient flow.
- Answer phones and assist with front office operations.
- Use Open Dental and help keep the office running smoothly.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Dental office experience required.
- Knowledge of Dental PPO insurance, treatment plan presentation, EOBs, and dental benefits required.
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitude.
- Punctual, reliable, respectful, and responsible.
