Hotel Maintenance Technician

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Technician to support daily hotel operations and ensure our guest rooms, public areas, and building systems stay in top working condition. This role is essential to guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily maintenance requests and work orders
- Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Maintain pool equipment and ensure safety compliance
- Assist with room turns, deep cleans, and renovation projects
- Keep maintenance shop organized, stocked, and safe
- Communicate effectively with Front Desk and Housekeeping
- Document completed work and report recurring issues
Qualifications
- Hotel or apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Must be dependable, punctual, and guest‑focused
- Must be able to work weekends/holidays as needed
