Seasonal - Field Services Associate
Hill Country Premier Lodging, a vacation rental management company based in Wimberley, Texas, is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Field Services team. A qualified candidate is a high energy individual with attention to detail and enjoys a fast-paced workday outside of an office environment.
Responsibilities:
-Perform arrival/departure inspections at vacation rental properties.
-Remove trash from properties.
-Respond to service requests as directed by the Operations Coordinator.
-Interact with guests and homeowners in professional manner.
-Update/close work orders in a maintenance management system.
-Other varied duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-Have a Smartphone to communicate with the team and access maintenance work orders in the field.
-Able to quickly learn maintenance software.
-A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
-You're a strong communicator, and able to read, write and speak English.
-Ability to work flexible hours/variable day schedule including weekends.
-Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
-Dependable vehicle required.
-Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Compensation:
-$15.00/hr.
-Vehicle mileage reimbursement.
-Note: This is a W2 seasonal full-time position.
Note: Before hiring, candidates will be subject to a background investigation, including criminal background and driving record.
