- Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards
- Repair and replace damaged body panels and structural components
- Perform frame and structural repairs as needed
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles during the repair process
- Properly fit and align body panels, doors, hoods, bumpers, and related components
- Identify additional damage and communicate needed repairs
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Follow repair orders and established shop procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete repairs accurately and on schedule
- Previous professional auto body/collision repair experience required
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and equipment
- Ability to perform body, structural, panel replacement, and related repairs
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- I-CAR or manufacturer certifications are a plus
