We pay travel reimbursement between clients and we can try to match your hours availability with a clients needs. Adapt Home Care Agency is dedicated to providing compassionate in-home aides and personal care assistants to Veterans, Medicaid, and long-term care insurance clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Be dependable and commuicate with your client and our office.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or mental status to the supervising nurse.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs to ensure safe movement within their homes.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
- Experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
- Ability to work compassionately with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
